• All fees are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• HS NET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services
• The suitability of our services for any particular purpose
• The security or availability of our services

Specific warranties may be provided in individual service agreements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HS NET, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

11. Termination

• Outstanding payments remain due

HS NET shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
